VALUEx Vail 2025 is a private, non-profit Value Investing conference that strongly focuses on sharing investing ideas and research. The conference takes place yearly in Vail, Colorado. It is organized by Vitaliy Katsenelson and his team at IMA. In 2025, the date of the conference isn’t released until now.
Who is invited to VALUEx Vail 2025?
The event is for up to 40 long-term oriented value investors that are invited by Vitaliy Katsenelson or have applied via this form. Many participants are professional investors, but the conference is also open to private investors that want to share their investing ideas, as shared in this about us statement.

What is the agenda of the VALUEx Vail 2025 conference?
The conference offers a nice mix between social activities and investing idea exchanges.
- The mornings offer the chance for a breakfast in a Jeffersonian-style discussion format. Here, the group can pick one topic that will be discussed.
- After the breakfast, fun activities take place. Vail is a great ski resort that offers plenty of fun activities that will suit everyone’s need.
- Every evening, several investing presentations are shared that are followed by discussions. After the dinner, the bar also offers fun exchanging opportunities.

VALUEx Vail 2025 is a research focussed conference. Here, investors come together to chat about and share investing ideas. Therefore, the conference has a strict non-solitician rule and won’t let allocators and family offices in.
When was VALUEx founded?
The first VALUEx Vail conference took place in the early 2010s. Since then, the conference has been taken place yearly.
