Constellation Software Annual Meeting 2026

The Constellation Software Annual Meeting 2026 (CSI Annual Meeting 2026) has taken place on May 15, 2026, at Delta Hotels Toronto, 75 Lower Simcoe Street, in Toronto, Ontario – alongside the annual meetings of sister companies Topicus.com and Lumine Group.

The May 15 program runs across three staggered meetings before opening into a joint Q&A:

8:00 a.m. ET — Topicus.com Annual Meeting The formal shareholder meeting of Topicus (TSXV: TOI), CSI’s pan-European vertical market software affiliate.

8:15 a.m. ET — Lumine Group Annual Meeting The formal shareholder meeting of Lumine Group (TSXV: LMN), focused on communications and media software.

8:30 a.m. ET — Constellation Software Annual Meeting The formal shareholder meeting of CSI (TSX: CSU). Business includes adoption of financials, re-appointment of KPMG as auditor, and an advisory vote on executive compensation.

9:00 a.m. ET — Joint Q&A Session Following the formal meetings, senior management from Constellation, Topicus, and Lumine Group participate in a joint question-and-answer session. This is the part most serious investors come for. Questions can be submitted in advance or posed live — both in-person and virtually.
