We are happy to support your event by sharing it on our guide and promoting it via our mailing list. Our guide usually gets 60,000 to 80,000 clicks a year. Statistically, every AGM visitor clicks on it. We also promote events via our BRK AGM mailing list, that has 750 to 1000 subscribers.

What is the surplus of working with us?

We are offering our guide for three years. It has become the go-to-place for many visitors when they plan their BRK AGM visit. Events that have been listed on our guide have scaled rapidly from below 100 to 500+ RSVPs. Even well-established events have picked up growth through our support. You are welcome to ask us for references.

What are the costs?

We invest a lot of time and effort into keeping our guide up-to-date. To allow us to keep this service up, we will ask you for the following:

  • For your first event, we will ask for a voluntary donation. The historical donations ranges have been between €250 and €500.
  • For your second event listing, we will make you a tailored offer to you. The fee for these offers is usually €500 (>1 cent per click).
  • We are also happy to support your event planning to help you maximize your success. Our guidance will be compensated on an hourly basis.
  • For members of our community, event support is included in their membership.
  • Non-profit events will be listed for free in the guide.
