How can you get Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting 2026 tickets?

You need Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting 2026 tickets to join shareholder events and receive discounts. For instance, your ticket gives you discounts at the exhibition hall and at the Nebraska Furniture Mart, Borsheims, or The Bookworm (more below).

• Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting 2026 tickets are handed out as a 3.22- x 4.92-inch (8.2 × 12.5 cm) sized badge.
• The design of the badge changes every year to fit the yearly AGM design.
• In Omaha, you can pick up a lanyard to comfortably wear the ticket badge.

Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting 2026 tickets are also called credentials or shareholder badges. To keep it simple, I am calling them tickets in this guide.

How can you pre-order Berkshire Hathaway AGM 2026 tickets?

👉🏻 I highly recommend pre-ordering your tickets! It’s the easiest way to get Berkshire Hathaway Annual Shareholders Meeting 2026 tickets. By doing so, you will also avoid last-minute stress and save precious time on the ground in Omaha.

When are BRK AGM 2026 tickets available for your pre-ordering?

On eBay, Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting 2026 tickets will be available in May 2026. The “Annual Meeting Credential Request Form” was released with the proxy documents on 14 March 2025. Shipping for both is expected to start at the end of March.

Historically, the “Annual Meeting Credential Request Form” was released in between 11. and 17. March. Tickets were available on eBay between 12. and 27. March.

How can you pre-order Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting 2026 tickets via the “Annual Meeting Credential Request Form”?

🗓️ Tickets will available for ordering via the 👉🏻 Annual Meeting Credential Request Form in March 2026.

You can request up to four Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting 2026 tickets via the “Annual Meeting Credential Request Form” for free. To order the tickets, please proceed with the following steps:

• Send the filled out “Annual Meeting Credential Request Form” to Berkshire Hathaway in Omaha: Print out the Annual Meeting Credential Request Form file, fill it out legible and send it to Berkshire Hathaway via your postal service. If you are requesting tickets from outside the US, you should also add your country to ensure tickets will arrive safely. Berkshire Hathaway will send you the tickets to your home within a few weeks.
• Use your perforated card of the annual report: If you get a physical copy of the annual report, please consider using the perforated card to order tickets.

Based on my information, you do not need a proof of ownership to get your tickets. Simply filling out the “Annual Meeting Credential Request Form” is enough. However, please ensure that you fill out all forms legible and to add your country if you are living outside the US. Otherwise, your Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting 2026 ticket might get lost in transit.

Please also ensure to factor in a shipping buffer:

• International shareholders have to plan for two weeks shipping time to Omaha and the similar time frame to get the tickets delivered. Therefore, I recommend sending out the proxy form in early April 2026 the latest.
• Domestic shareholders can receive your tickets quicker. But I also recommend mailing the proxy form as soon as possible.

How can you buy Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting 2026 tickets on eBay?

You can order your Berkshire Hathaway Annual Shareholders Meeting 2026 tickets for a fee of $5 (ebay.com) or $6 (all eBay sites outside ebay.com) per ticket via the official account 👉🏻 brka_b.

• Domestic shareholders will have to wait a few days until they get their tickets. Shipping should be free for them.
• International shareholders will have to factor in shipping times and additional shipping fees when using eBay. The price per ticket and shipping fees are the cheapest when ordering via ebay.com. Furtmore, timing your shipping window is important. In the worst-case scenario, it can take up to one month to get your tickets. From my experience, “real” shipping times are usually quicker. So, please plan at least a two-week shipping buffer before placing your order.

How can you use the will-call to pick up tickets?

As a shareholder, you can pick up your badges on-site in the will-call area in the lobby of the CHI Health Center. Picking up your ticket there is possible:

• Friday from 11:00 AM to 05:00 PM (my recommended day to get tickets) and
• Saturday from 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM.

In the will-call area, you must show your photo identification and proof that you are a shareholder.

• The photo identification can, for instance, be your passport or your driver’s license.
• The shareholder proof can be a certificate of your broker, a printed security account statement, a screenshot, or just your broker app that shows you own a Berkshire Hathaway share.

Do you need to be a shareholder to attend the BRK AGM 2026?

There are plenty of good reasons to be a Berkshire Hathaway shareholder. And for good karma reasons, I would recommend owning at least one BRK.B share forever. But from my experience, it is not mandatory to be a shareholder to attend the annual meeting. It is only mandatory to have a Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting 2026 ticket.

What is the Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting 2026 schedule?

The Berkshire Hathaway Annual Shareholders Meeting 2026 will be held on Saturday, 02 May 2026, at the CHI Health Center Omaha. It might have the following schedule in 2026 (based on historical patterns, in local CT time):

• 07:00 AM: The doors of the Berkshire Shareholder Meeting 2026 and the Exhibition Hall open.
• 08:00 AM: The QA&A starts with short introductory remarks from Greg Abel.
• 10:30 AM: The meeting will take a 30-minute break.
• 11:00 AM: The Q&A session will resume with Greg Abel on stage.
• 01:00 PM: The Q&A ends. There will be a 60-minutes break.
• 02:00 PM: The official Annual Shareholders Meeting starts.
• 04:00 PM: The exhibition hall closes.

How can you ask Berkshire Hathaway’s management a question?

Greg Abel can be addressed with shareholder questions with shareholder questions. You have two options for asking a question:

• Send your questions to Becky Quick in advance: You reach Becky via berkshirequestions@cnbc.com. Becky will select the best questions to ask them to Greg Abel.
• Try your luck with the question lottery at the meeting: At 7:45 AM, shareholders at each of the eleven microphone locations at Berkshire Shareholders Meeting 2026 will be drawn to ask a question. If you are selected, you can ask any question once Greg Abel calls your microphone.

How can you improve the chance to get a great answer to your question?

Berkshire Hathaway asks for you for the following “microphone manners” to improve the chance of getting a great answer to your question:

• State your name and hometown / country.
• Ask your question promptly and speak loud and clear.
• Please do not ask more than one question or attempt to “bundle” several questions together.
• Please do not ask what we are buying or selling. Even if the information is public, we do not discuss how we arrive at our decisions. We also will not discuss politics. Any other subjects are fair game.

Where can you watch the live stream of the Berkshire 2026 AGM?

You can easily follow the Berkshire Hathaway Annual Shareholders Meeting 2026 online via the CNBC’s website or CNBC’s YouTube channel.

Which part of the AGM can I only experience in person in Omaha?

The live stream covers 100% of the event. But you will miss the great atmosphere in the morning and plenty of chances to network with other investors if you only watch the live stream.

How can you get to the CHI Health Center on Saturday morning?

Most shareholders drive to get to the CHI Health Center. Uber, Lyft, and taxis will also be in high demand on Saturday morning. Therefore, it could make sense to pre-order them.

How can you park at the BRK 2026 AGM?

There is plenty of parking space available outside the CHI Health Center. CHI Health Center parking lots will open at 3:30am on Saturday. Surface parking is $10. The garage parking is $15 (limited availability). You can pay with cash and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Here you can find all parking spots and additional information.

You might also have the chance to park for free in a 20-minutes walking distance to the CHI Health Center at the Durham Museum’s parking spot.

What are your alternatives to driving to the CHI Health Center?

There are alternatives to driving to the CHI Health Center. Please learn more on how to use these alternatives below:

• Public buses: You can use public buses that go downtown for only $1.25 per person and ride. ORBT, route 11, route 13, route 18, and route 30 should arrive downtown ahead of the start of the AGM.
• Heartland Bike Share: A ride with Heartland Bike Share can be fun. Their monthly pass offers a great deal. You can also park the bike close to the CHI.
• Shuttle buses: Berkshire Hathaway also offers shuttle buses on the AGM day. Their routes are described in the visitor’s guide.

What can you bring into the BRK AGM 2026?

What is allowed to bring with you to the CHI Health Center? Here are answers to frequently asked questions:

Can you bring your bag to the Berkshire Shareholder Meeting 2026?

The CHI Health Center has a clear bag policy. Details on it can be found on the center’s website. Additionally, I want to share some of my observations from several mornings of the Berkshire Shareholders Meeting:

• There is a baggage check at an airport-like security level for entrants with larger bags. Usually, you are only allowed to bring smaller bags into the Berkshire Shareholder Meeting 2026.
• There are also dedicated lines for people with bags, as shown in this video. So, bringing a larger bag or backpack could slow your entry into the AGM as the “bag line” can get crowded.

I would recommend going without a bag to the CHI Health Center. This will speed up your entry and also avoid any problems.

Can you bring your camera?

Yes, you should be able to bring your camera or video equipment to the CHI Health Center.

Can you bring your food and drinks to the CHI Health Center?

Unfortunately, it is not allowed to bring food or drinks into the CHI. Security will ask you to throw your food away during the bag control in the morning. Therefore, either make sure to consume your food and drinks while you wait in line, or leave it in your hotel or holiday home.

What food options are available at the Berkshire Shareholder Meeting 2026?

You have the following options to get food in the CHI Health Center:

• You can get free breakfast at stands in the convention center in the morning. Packaged bakery products, nut bars, soda, orange juice, coffee and a few other items are available.
• You can purchase food and drinks during the whole AGM. A wide selection of offerings is available at the AGM hall stands.
• You will find a limited selection of food, like Dairy Queen ice cream, in the exhibition hall.
• You can find some food vending machines in a separate rooms near the entrances. They can offer an option to get snacks at a fair price.

Why is it recommended to bring some cash?

The CHI itself is a cashless facility. So, please bring your credit card to pay at the stands in the CHI Health Center. However, you will need some cash to pay in the exhibition hall. So, please also have some $1 bills, for instance, if you consider buying from Dairy Queen in the exhibition hall.

What food options exist outside the CHI Health Center?

Finding a fulfilling food stand might be difficult if you are a food-lover. You can always walk to other restaurants close to the AGM for lunch.

How can you get a good seat?

Many legends are being told about the “race for the best seats” on the morning of the Berkshire Hathaway AGM. Some shareholders are even “camping” at the CHI from 2 AM to get in line for the “best” seats.

How can you navigate the venue, the CHI Health Center?

I recommend learning more about the venue, the CHI Health Center, to identify your “best seats”.

The Berkshire Hathaway AGM venue has a capacity for close to 19,000 people in its arena. I recommend using these resources to get to know the CHI Health Center further:

• You can learn more about the arena design with this seating map.
• To get a feel for the venue as a first-time visitor, it is super helpful to take this virtual arena tour.
• If you want to identify any seating areas to meet with friends, please consider using this seating scheme to find them.

Aside from the 19,000 arena seats, extra seating for thousands of shareholders is available via additional overfill rooms, like the Peter Kiewit Grand Ballroom. There, you can watch the live stream of the meeting. The plus of these “overfill” rooms is the more comfortable seats. Sitting for hours and listening to the Berkshire AGM 2026 is more leisurely in these rooms.

How can you get a seat close to the stage?

It is best to arrive early to sit on or close to the stage. Early birds can park from 2:00 AM in the CHI Health Center parking lots.

Waiting in line that early can be fun. I have heard of many friendships that were formed during the morning wait. It can make sense to bring a foldable camping chair and a blanket to make the wait comfortable in the morning’s cold. An umbrella or raincoat could also help in case it is raining.

The best seats might not be in the area in front of the stage. The areas 122-123 and 103-104 could have a better view of the stage.

How can you “just get a seat”?

You can arrive at 06:30 to 06:45 AM before the doors open if you are okay with not sitting on or close to the stage floor. You can speed up your entry by leaving your larger backpack at home.

How can you sit together in a group?

It is to go for the upper ranks to sit with a group. You should be able to have enough seats for a group there, as most shareholders first head for the lower levels to be close to the stage.

What is my personal experience?

My “strategy” is to arrive at around 6:30 to 6:45 AM. I always made it to get good seats at this arrival time. For me, there is no significant difference between the different seating areas. You can see the stage easily from every seat in the arena. The large screens and the excellent audio also help you to follow all the speakers words.

When are the opening hours of the exhibition hall?

The exhibition hall is a fantastic shopping opportunity. You can purchase products at thet booths of many exhibitors on Friday and Saturday:

• Friday: You can access the exhibition from noon until 5 PM. For instance, you can combine your exhibition visit with your pick-up of Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting 2026 tickets at the will-call. Shopping might be more fun on Friday as the exhibition is less crowded, and all purchasable goods will be available.
• Saturday: The exhibition hall opens from 7 AM and closes at 4 PM. So, you can visit the exhibition at any time during the Berkshire Meeting 2065. Based on my experience, the exhibition will be more crowded the later the day.

How can you ship your purchases?

Berkshire Hathaway offers a shipping service in the Exhibition Hall for (US-based) shareholders. You can find more about it in the visitor’s guide.

I recommend using your travel luggage to bring your purchases from the Berkshire Hathaway Annual Shareholders Meeting 2026 to a country outside the US due to high shipping fees. Please plan with extra space in your luggage for your boxes of See’s Candies and your new investing books.

When can you best use the exhibition to research Berkshire Hathaway’s businesses?

You will have the chance to talk to a lot of the subsidiaries of Berkshire Hathaway at the exhibition. Many will also have parts of their management present. This will give you a chance to ask questions as a shareholder and to also do some research. The best time for research is Friday. On Saturday, you might risk missing management as they are listening to the Q&A in the arena.

Why will you enjoy visiting the Nebraska Furniture Mart (NFM)?

The everything-store Nebraska Furniture Mart (NFM) offers special shareholder discounts in the weeks of the Berkshire Hathaway meeting.

• The NFM Omaha location is worth visiting. It is located at 700 S 72nd St., Omaha, NE 68114. A great time to visit is after the AGM on Saturday. From 4:00 to 8:00 PM, the NFM holds the “NFM Berkshire Picnic” with the enjoyable Berkshire BBQ Meal Deal that costs $6. Limited shuttle buses will take you to the NFM. You can learn more about this offer in the visitor’s guide.
• The NFM will have a booth in the Exhibition Hall. There, you can easily shop for a limited selection of special deals.

How can you learn more about the NFM?

• Shop the unique BRK merch: You can also shop the unique and well-designed Berkshire Hathaway Memorabilia at Borsheims.
• Enjoy the Berkshire weekend schedule: For shareholders, Borsheims offers a whole Berkshire weekend schedule on its website.

Berkshire Hathaway will offer a free bus shuttle from the AGM directly to Borsheims. You can learn more about this offer in the visitor’s guide.

How can you join the shareholder 5 km run?

Shareholders and guests can participate in the Berkshire Hathaway “Invest in Yourself” 5 km race on Sunday morning. You can find more information on the run in this FAQ and register via this website.

I recommend registering early as the costs increase closer to the date of the Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting. Registration should open in early 2026.

Where can you get the best book deals?

Berkshire Hathaway will only sell one book at the exhibition. In 2026, Carrie Sova’s 60 Years of Berkshire Hathaway, an update of 50 Years of Berkshire Hathaway, will be exclusively sold in the exhibition hall.

There will also be 20 copies that are co-signed by Warren Buffett and Carrie Sova given to any shareholder contributing $5,000 to the Stephen Center that serves homeless adults and children in South Omaha. Whatever is raised through the sale of the 20 autographed books, Warren Buffett will match.

Are there more special book sales and events?

These are the alternatives to purchasing books in Omaha:

• The Bookworm store in Omaha: The Bookworm store is located at 2501 S 90th St. #111, Omaha, NE 68124. Shareholders with credentials can get 20% off on all book purchases. The discount is available from Thursday to Monday in the Berkshire Shareholder Meeting 2026 week. Furthermore, shareholders can meet authors for a Meet-and-Greet events at The Bookworm during the AGM Saturday.
• Hudson Booksellers at Omaha Airport: You have the chance to acquire Berkshire Hathaway related books at the several Hudson News booths at Omaha Airport. Sadly, the traditional book selling with authors will have to pause until 2028 as the airport undergoes a larger construction project. Therefore, the Hudson Booksellers store is closed until 2027 as the gallery is under construction until then.
